DIY FAKE BLOOD

I have been ill for the last week so I made myself get up and do something, that something just happened to be make some fake blood.

  Ingredients;
     -10ml of cheap bright red lip gloss
     -8g of face powder/talc
     -a capful of red food colouring
     -a small resealable container
     -something to stir with i.e. a cocktail stick

1. Mix together the powder and the lip gloss. Gradually add the lip gloss and mix in slowly so as not to get it everywhere. The lip gloss makes it gooey whereas the powder makes it thicker, if the mixture isn't thick/gooey enough add more of the relevant substance.
2. Add the capful of food colouring to make the colour more pigmented. Stir slowly as adding this makes the mixture split slightly and slide everywhere but keep stirring to combine.
3. If the mixture still isn't thick/gooey enough add a bit of Vaseline.
4. Decant the mixture into a small resealable container.

You can change the recipe however much you'd like, this is just how I do it and I only made a small amount as I didn't need all that much. If you didn't like this recipe here are some more. It may also take a while to get off. My mixture was very thick so I wouldn't use it as a dripping blood probably more of a wound filler type of blood, next time I'd put a bit of blue food colouring in it to make it darker.
